Job Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license
- Located near Fort Collins or willing to travel 60-90 minutes within Denver metro area
- Some residential real estate transaction experience or active license plus strong sales background
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to customer schedules
- Drive for results with strong collaboration skills and humility

Job Duties
- Schedule and conduct 4 to 8 seller appointments per month with motivated clients
- Utilize Orchard's unique products such as Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside to assist clients in buying and selling homes
- Manage client transactions from lead to closing with transaction coordination services
- Collaborate with Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title teams to streamline the transaction process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver superior customer experience
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance sales skills and market knowledge
- Utilize free Facebook and Instagram ads offered by Orchard to market listings
