Job Duties
- Generate 4 to 8 high-quality seller appointments per month based on availability
- Utilize unique client products like Orchard Move First and Orchard Concierge to assist clients
- Coordinate transactions ensuring smooth processes from listing to closing
- Collaborate with Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title teams to facilitate seamless deals
- Engage in continuous training and one-on-one mentorship to enhance skills
- Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues
- Build and nurture relationships within a supportive agent community
