Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Completion of a formal training program for LPN
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an LPN
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active nursing license for practicing in the respective state
  • Ability to perform injections and complete EKGs
  • Proficient phlebotomy skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an LPN preferably in primary care
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid nursing license to practice in the hiring state
  • Skilled in giving injections
  • Competent in completing EKGs and office-based procedures
  • Exceptional phlebotomy skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for innovative healthcare delivery and improving patient care quality

Job Duties

  • Support physician in clinical and administrative functions
  • Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician
  • Record patient assessments into electronic medical records
  • Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests
  • Assist with medical procedures
  • Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment such as oxygen therapy and EKG
  • Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
  • Manage patient flow according to scheduling
  • Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and outside care
  • Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and medical offices as delegated
  • Fulfill medical record requests and abstractions
  • Create a positive and supportive experience for each patient
