Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of a Licensed Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of Vermont with no restrictions
- Willingness to work full-time including weekend shifts
- Ability to follow hospital policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide supportive care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Carry out specific tasks and procedures as designated by the Registered Nurse
- Cooperate with nursing staff to meet the needs and wants of patients
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare team members
