Job Requirements
- Licensed U.S. Customs Broker
- At least 2 years of customs entries experience
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of International Commercial Terms
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead and support a team
- Food commodity experience is an advantage
- Experience using Netchb or a similar customs software preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the customs entry writing team and daily operations
- Respond to CBP and PGA inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the department is running smoothly and is compliant with regulations
- Lead and support the entry writing team in managing day-to-day customs clearance activities
- Work closely with importers and the sales teams to ensure correct classification and tariffs
- Maintain and develop relationships with carriers, government agencies, and import partners
- Manage relevant documentation including bill of lading and invoices
