Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage field as a licensed customs broker
- Familiar with CFR19
- Must be proficient with harmonized tariff schedule
- Proficient at classifying commodities
- Knowledge of antidumping and countervailing duties
- IEEPA, Section 232 (Steel, Aluminum, Copper)
- Section 301, 321 regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of incoterms (terms of delivery)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with appropriate follow-up
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and directed
- Ability to work overtime during peak times when problems arise and/or customer requirements are modified
- Provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Licensed customs broker
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customs brokerage
- Proficient with harmonized tariff schedule
- Knowledge of antidumping and countervailing duties
- Familiarity with CFR19 regulations
- Experienced in classifying commodities
- Understanding of IEEPA, Section 232 (Steel, Aluminum, Copper)
- Knowledge of Section 301 and 321 regulations

Job Duties
- Provide and submit CBP binding rulings
- Protest and post summary corrections
- Drawback filings
- Inbond filings (IE, T&E, IT)
- Temporary in-bond filings
- Audit commercial documents, apply harmonized tariff schedule code for accurate duty assessment and ensure all federal requirements are met
- Invoice customers for duty and entry charges
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness with all entries and daily operations
- Provide updates to U.S. Customs and customer
- Arrange for freight delivery of shipments
- Respond to daily emails and incoming calls
- Facilitate CBP exams and respond to CBP requests
- Facilitate CBP seizures
- Manage U.S. Fish and Wildlife E-Declaration
- Handle FDA, USDA, FCC, Lacey Act, Steel License, EPA, DOT, DEA, TTB compliance
