Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- obtain and maintain all required state licenses and appointments
- complete customer service, insurance, and membership training within six months
- provide high level of customer-focused service
- service insurance policies and process applications, renewals, amendments
- respond to billing and coverage questions
- process monetary transactions and taking payments
- promote insurance products and services
- present complex information clearly
- analyze member insurance needs and determine coverage
- prepare rate quotations
- plan and promote sales of insurance and membership products
- perform outbound service calls
- maintain accurate records
- work effectively in team environment
- work independently with minimal supervision
- exceed member expectations on professionalism and service
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- communicate clearly and concisely
- perform accurate mathematical calculations
- work under pressure in fast paced environment
- complete training on Auto Club Group products and services
- willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successful completion of customer service, insurance, and membership training within six months
- knowledge of insurance terminology
- understanding of general insurance regulations
- familiarity with underwriting procedures
- experience with sales regulatory and compliance guidelines
- proficiency in insurance and membership systems such as PPS, POS, IMS, IPM
- strong communication and mathematical skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- experience in high volume customer service environments

- process insurance and membership payments
- update electronic member information
- maintain filing systems and provide general agency support
