Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative or support roles
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and details simultaneously
  • Proficiency with digital communication and social media
  • Familiarity with donor relations and fundraising administration
  • Basic financial processing skills
  • Commitment to Christian faith and ministry goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Familiarity with online registration and data management systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Call bus companies to get quotes and secure transportation
  • Work with staff person to coordinate details such as price, departure, and arrival
  • Coordinate camp sign ups and registrations
  • Create registration pages in YLCC
  • Create flyers for events and registrations
  • Manage camp sign ups and communications with parents about payments and forms
  • Communicate with camp about quotas and other details
  • Help administrate camp fundraisers
  • Keep ministry site updated
  • Update social media
  • Assist in creating monthly or bi-monthly newsletters
  • Work with staff person to coordinate fundraising events
  • Manage registrants and track attendees
  • Create and distribute save the dates, invites, and materials for events
  • Process and track checks and donations
  • Review revenue and donor lapse reports and communicate with staff
  • Help with donor care and thank yous
  • Ensure volunteer compliance
  • Conduct ongoing training on YL Connect and Workday
  • Create and manage a system for CMI input
  • Participate in quarterly check-ins to evaluate progress
  • Monitor camp-related and financial performance measures
