Job Requirements
- Must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord
- Must subscribe to Young Life's Statement of Faith and policies
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with occasional travel
- Experience in administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Willingness to support ministry activities
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to coordinate events and manage registrations
- Skilled in using digital platforms such as YL Connect, Workday, and social media

Job Duties
- Call bus companies to get quotes and secure transportation
- Work with staff person to coordinate details such as price, departure, and arrival
- Coordinate sign ups and registrations
- Create registration pages in YLCC
- Create flyers
- Manage camp sign ups
- Communicate with parents about outstanding payments and forms
- Communicate with camp about quota and details
- Help administrate camp fundraisers
- Keep ministry site updated
- Update social media
- Work with staff person to create monthly or bi-monthly newsletters to donors, friends, and parents
- Work with staff person in coordinating details for fundraising events
- Manage registrants and tracking of attendees
- Create and distribute save the dates, invites, and materials for events
- Process and track checks and donations
- Review MU revenue and donor lapse reports and communicate as needed
- Help staff person with donor care and thank you notes
- Volunteer compliance
- Ongoing training on YL Connect and Workday
- Create and manage a system for CMI input
- Participate in quarterly check-ins to evaluate progress on camp-related measures and finances
