Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • assist in supporting operations of the Liberty Partnerships Program within a 5th-8th grade Buffalo Public School
  • manage the delivery of program services including skills assessment, tutoring, academic and personal counseling, mentoring, and summer programs
  • implement events geared towards supporting students
  • assist in managing the program budget
  • collaborate with program director, coordinators, community partners, and project managers to pursue program goals
  • supervise tutors, volunteers, and other program staff as needed
  • assist with hiring of program staff and volunteer screening
  • follow policies to ensure program success and foster engagement among students and families
  • support assessment of program activities including quality control and partner/participant satisfaction
  • ensure equal access and treatment for eligible program participants
  • provide data and assessments to assure timely compliance with all regulations and file periodic reports
  • promote Liberty Partnerships Program to cohort members, parents, and district
  • perform other duties as assigned by the program director
