Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred

Job Duties
- operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines to effectively clean all kitchenware
- load and unload dishwashing machines in a safe and organized manner
- perform manual washing of specific items including wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate chinaware according to established procedures
- ensure the proper storage of all clean dishes, glassware, and equipment in designated areas
- assist in setting up workstations with necessary clean items prior to meal preparation periods
- proactively monitor and maintain an adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils, particularly during peak operating hours
- monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory such as detergents and communicate restocking needs to the supervisor
- regularly inspect the operational status of washing machines and promptly report any technical or performance issues to the supervisor
- ensure the timely removal and disposal of garbage from the kitchen and related areas
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area including regular floor cleaning
- perform other duties as delegated or directed by the Kitchen Management or General Manager
