Job Duties
- Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
- log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
- deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
- organize packages within our rooms, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
- identify aging/stale packages in the system and prepare them to be returned to sender
- serve as a primary liaison between the property, carriers, residents and the package management provider support team
- perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system
