Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product line
- High level of energy and engagement
- Able to stand for extended periods during events
- Ability to utilize company smartphone applications for timekeeping and lead submission
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or event marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage potential customers positively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with mobile technology and smartphone use
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for award-winning products
- Set up and tear down event materials with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attend pre-scheduled events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager
- Utilize the company’s lead generation system to maximize potential customer interactions
