Job Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
Possession of Liquor Commission Card as state law requirement
Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain positive guest relations at all times
Ability to compute basic arithmetic
Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand or remain stationary for up to 8 hours
Availability to work in indoor air-conditioned and outdoor non-air-conditioned environments

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 21 years of age

Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards
Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
Familiarity with hotel services and local attractions
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Basic arithmetic skills

Job Duties

Greet and acknowledge all arriving and departing guests
Use guest names at all times when known
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas at all times
Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals
Process all payment methods for guest checks courteously and efficiently
Settle guest checks in the computer system and maintain financial transaction accountability
Perform all other duties as assigned
