Job Duties
- assist servers in providing exceptional service by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and delivering items as needed
- support overall guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- anticipate the needs of both guests and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring correct presentation
- communicate clearly with kitchen staff to confirm dish details, modifications, and timing
- coordinate with servers to ensure food is delivered in the proper order and to the correct guests
- follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
