Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attraction leadership
  • Guest-obsessed mindset with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to obtain Food Safety Certificate within 30 days if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attraction leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills with a guest-obsessed mindset
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and ever-changing environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the café and bar operations including daily food and beverage service such as hot meals, Starbucks coffee, snacks, ice cream, and cold drinks
  • Deliver awesome guest service by setting standards for friendly, efficient, and engaging experiences
  • Train and empower team members, ensuring adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Manage inventory, control waste, and order supplies to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintain hygiene, perform recordkeeping and temperature checks in line with Merlin Food Safety Standards
  • Drive sales performance by helping to meet and exceed sales goals, spend-per-head targets, and KPI metrics
  • Plan schedules, forecast staffing needs, and support operations during Manager-on-Duty shifts
  • Build team spirit by recognizing achievements and fostering a culture of motivation and collaboration
