Job Requirements

  • Full-time employment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including shifts and on-call duties
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing guest service teams
  • Proficient in Property Management Systems
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security policies
  • Physical capability to perform occasional standing, walking, bending and moderate lifting
  • Commitment to maintaining high service and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in hotel front office operations preferred
  • 1-2 years supervisory or assistant management experience
  • Experience in themed or family-oriented resorts or attractions a plus
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems such as Opera
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality safety, health and security regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing front of house operations
  • Lead the Front Office team in guest arrival, stay, and departure processes
  • Develop and manage a positive and professional team focused on guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency in front office areas
  • Manage hotel outsourcing contracts
  • Review and respond to guest queries and complaints promptly
  • Coordinate communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments
