Job Requirements
- Full-time employment
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts and on-call duties
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing guest service teams
- Proficient in Property Management Systems
- Ability to handle guest complaints and problem-solving
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security policies
- Physical capability to perform occasional standing, walking, bending and moderate lifting
- Commitment to maintaining high service and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory or assistant management experience
- Experience in themed or family-oriented resorts or attractions a plus
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems such as Opera
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality safety, health and security regulations
Job Duties
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing front of house operations
- Lead the Front Office team in guest arrival, stay, and departure processes
- Develop and manage a positive and professional team focused on guest satisfaction
- Monitor and ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency in front office areas
- Manage hotel outsourcing contracts
- Review and respond to guest queries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments
