Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing phone systems and client-facing communication
- Basic computer proficiency including word processing and office software
- Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with efficiency and care
- Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area
- Order and replenish office supplies
- Provide administrative support including scanning, copying, emailing, and document handling
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and verbal interactions
- Support team operations and contribute to a positive, accountable office culture
