Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing phone systems and client-facing communication
  • Basic computer proficiency including word processing and office software
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical standards

  • Familiarity with FileVine case management software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with efficiency and care
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications
  • Maintain a polished and organized reception area
  • Order and replenish office supplies
  • Provide administrative support including scanning, copying, emailing, and document handling
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and verbal interactions
  • Support team operations and contribute to a positive, accountable office culture
