Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work every other weekend including some holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems
  • Basic administrative and clerical skills
  • Willingness to provide a warm and welcoming presence
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees
  • Must possess advanced computer skills

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff
  • Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed
  • Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner
  • Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files
  • Assist with the business office functions including administrative support
