Job Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards (Health, TAM, Non-Gaming)
- requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- able to work in extreme weather conditions both hot and cold, indoors and outdoors
- able to handle prolonged periods of sun exposure
- may be exposed to second hand smoke and a loud environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high volume beverage and hospitality setting
- must possess excellent communication skills
- must be able to communicate in English
- ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
- experience in bottle service preferred but not required
- ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive "whatever it takes" attitude
- previous model experience preferred but not required
- must be able to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts
- must possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions
- willingness to participate in promotional campaigns and promote upcoming events via social platforms
Job Duties
- Practice, support and promote the company service standards at all times
- responsible for daily set up and breakdown of the venue
- follow all designated emergency procedures and understand duties in the event of an emergency
- assist the cocktail server with serving beverages and food when applicable to guests
- assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance as necessary
- understand and be well versed in resort features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests
- attend required training
- look for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders
- maintain venue cleanliness in accordance with Clark County Health Standards
