Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of related customer service experience
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- able to perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
- willingness to work in stressful, high-pressure situations
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to follow cash handling and tendering procedures
- capability to collaborate with multiple departments
- commitment to food safety and equipment operation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience in food, beverage, and/or retail environment
- previous coffee house or hotel experience preferred
- previous cash handling and customer service experience required
- ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing
- ability to accurately input information into MICROS
- ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining calm and welcoming demeanor
- ability to work cohesively with coworkers across departments
- ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with coffee, espresso, specialty drinks, and retail items
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverage offerings within a coffee house setting
- communicate effectively with guests and associates
- represent Omni standards when handling guest complaints and issues
- maintain professionalism in all situations
- work effectively in high-pressure environments
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- keep lobby public areas clean and presentable
- assist with monthly inventory as needed
- maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift
- follow proper procedures for tendering transactions and cash handling
- ensure accuracy of guest room numbers for room charges

- adhere to food handling and safety procedures
- maintain knowledge of equipment use and safety

- handle logs, receipts, and returns according to procedures
