Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • possess a high school diploma or GED
  • have some experience in customer service or team leadership preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house duties to set a leadership example
  • manage shifts to ensure operational goals are met and the restaurant runs smoothly
  • deliver high-quality service and food that creates repeat customers
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
  • train new team members and promote the company culture
  • assist with catering order preparation and ensure dining room upkeep
  • foster a positive and inclusive team environment
