Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience
  • Hands-on experience managing front of house and back of house operations
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with the local community
  • Ability to pass a background screening

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in fast casual, full service, or QSR concepts
  • Hands-on experience managing front of house and back of house operations including cooking experience
  • A contagious passion for extraordinary guest service
  • An outgoing and positive personality with community engagement skills
  • Operational expertise with a drive to meet company and store objectives
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Ability to pass a background screening

Job Duties

  • Lead from the front by working alongside your team in front and back of house
  • Create raving fans by inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including P&L, quality control, safety, and cleanliness
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to empower growth and success
  • Engage with the local community through marketing initiatives and build strong relationships
  • Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
