Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication skills and a positive collaborative attitude
- ability to stand and walk continually throughout shift
- ability to perform duties requiring bending stooping and reaching
- comfortable preparing meats seafood and vegetables and maintaining cold table supplies
- ability to perform all cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment tools utensils and work surfaces
- reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers according to established recipes and quality standards
- efficiently prep and portion ingredients and ensure the station is consistently stocked
- ensure all products served meet high quality standards
- adhere to standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen area including food prep, storage, and equipment
- follow proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during peak hours
