Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout shift
- Ability to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
- Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables
- Ability to perform cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces
- Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers
- Efficiently prep and portion ingredients and ensure station is consistently stocked
- Ensure quality of all products served meet high standards
- Become proficient in standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and adhere to all kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area including food preparation and storage spaces, equipment and utensils
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
- Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during peak hours
