Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to stand and walk continually throughout your shift
  • Ability to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables
  • Ability to perform all cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and appetizers according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Efficiently prep and portion ingredients ensuring the station is consistently stocked
  • Maintain high quality assurance of all products served
  • Adhere to standard batch sizes, cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized including food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Perform proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during peak hours
