Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout your shift
- Ability to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
- Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables
- Ability to perform all cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces
- Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and appetizers according to established recipes and quality standards
- Efficiently prep and portion ingredients ensuring the station is consistently stocked
- Maintain high quality assurance of all products served
- Adhere to standard batch sizes, cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized including food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils
- Perform proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during peak hours
