Job Requirements
- Must be available to teach on campus or other locations as assigned on weekends and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively via timely email correspondence
- Willingness to attend meetings and participate in CCM Prep planning and events
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners of all ages
- Must provide official academic transcripts at the time of hire
- Must provide proof of employment eligibility via I-9 verification process
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree with no experience or a bachelor’s degree with four years experience or no degree with eight years experience
- Good communication skills with staff, team members, students, and families
- Demonstrated success in teaching, training, coaching in educational or creative capacities
- Expertise in multiple music and/or theatre arts and/or dance
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Team player with prior success in collaborative environments
Job Duties
- Teach performance arts to students ranging from preschool to adult
- Work with summer camps as needed
- Attend meetings and participate in team planning, performances, and events
- Teach during school day, after school, evening, and weekend hours
- Provide private and group instruction in music, dance, or theatre arts
- Communicate effectively with CCM Prep staff, students, and families
- Participate in a collaborative educational environment
