Job Requirements

  • Must be available to teach on campus or assigned locations on weekends and evenings
  • ability to communicate effectively with CCM Prep staff, team members, students, and families
  • availability for school day, after school, evening, and weekend hours
  • demonstrate prior success in educational or creative teaching roles
  • willingness to work with diverse student populations
  • readiness to attend meetings, performances, and events
  • provide official academic transcripts at time of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with no experience, or Bachelor’s degree with four years experience, or no degree with eight years experience
  • demonstrated success in teaching, training, or coaching in educational or creative teaching capacity
  • expertise in multiple music, theatre arts, or dance disciplines
  • strong communication skills including timely email correspondence
  • proven experience working with diverse populations
  • creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively in team settings

Job Duties

  • Teach performance arts to students ranging from preschool to adult
  • work with summer camps as needed
  • attend meetings and participate in team planning, performances, and events
  • conduct private lessons and group classes in music, dance, or theatre
  • communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
  • maintain schedule flexibility for school days, after school, evenings, and weekends
  • support the inclusive learning environment and collaborative team efforts
