Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree with no experience or Bachelor’s degree with four years experience or no degree with eight years experience
  • Must be available to teach on campus or other locations on weekends and evenings
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and in person
  • Prior experience working in educational settings or arts instruction
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with four years experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in teaching, training, or coaching in an educational or creative capacity
  • Expertise in multiple areas of music, theatre arts, or dance
  • Good communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations
  • Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Teach performance arts to students ranging from preschool to adult
  • Work with summer camps as needed
  • Attend meetings and participate in team planning, performances, and events
  • Teach private lessons or group classes in music, dance, or theatre
  • Collaborate with CCM Prep staff and team members
  • Manage communication with students and families
  • Adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs
