Job Requirements
- Master’s degree with no experience or Bachelor’s degree with four years experience or no degree with eight years experience
- Must be available to teach on campus or other locations on weekends and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively via email and in person
- Prior experience working in educational settings or arts instruction
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with four years experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in teaching, training, or coaching in an educational or creative capacity
- Expertise in multiple areas of music, theatre arts, or dance
- Good communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Proven experience working with diverse populations
- Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Teach performance arts to students ranging from preschool to adult
- Work with summer camps as needed
- Attend meetings and participate in team planning, performances, and events
- Teach private lessons or group classes in music, dance, or theatre
- Collaborate with CCM Prep staff and team members
- Manage communication with students and families
- Adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs
