Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • full time employment availability
  • ability to comply with tobacco-free workplace policy
  • flu vaccine required
  • must not be a current user of medical marijuana

  • proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday
  • ability to analyze and report workforce data

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • experience in human resources or leave management preferred
  • strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • knowledge of leave laws and regulations advantageous
  • certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM-CP preferred

Job Duties

  • provide proactive, concierge-style support to employees before, during, and after leaves of absence
  • educate employees on leave benefits, pay impacts, and resources
  • connect employees to wellness, EAP, and system programs
  • partner with TPA to ensure leave compliance, case management, and timely resolution of escalations
  • serve as the employee's and manager’s trusted guide simplifying processes and ensuring a positive leave experience
  • coordinate with Employee Health for return-to-work and fitness-for-duty clearance including modified duty or accommodations
  • analyze leave and absence data to identify risks and opportunities
  • develop dashboards and reports to inform HR leadership, managers, and executives about absence trends and workforce impact
  • act as a liaison between employees, managers, HR, Benefits, Employee Health, Payroll, and the TPA to ensure seamless leave administration
  • partner with HRIS/Workday teams to optimize leave tracking, reporting, and automation
  • perform other duties as assigned demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach
