Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
Strong communication skills
High energy and fast-paced work enjoyment
Availability for evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills including typing and correspondence
Ability to embody company culture and values
Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Occasional travel for training or supporting other properties

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
Strong communication skills
High energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment
Enjoys providing excellent service
Warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
Basic computer skills including typing and writing ability

Job Duties

Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by warmly greeting prospective clients
Answer incoming leasing calls
Determine needs and preferences of clients
Professionally present the community and apartment homes
Utilize feature/benefit selling techniques
Close the sale and follow up with clients
Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork
Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy
Participate in lease file audits as assigned
Stay informed on current market conditions and trends by shopping competition and attending trainings
Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors
Participate in and assist with planning community events
Assist with various additional community projects
Participate in Cardinal U training as required
