Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Effective communication skills with various personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to travel in community and assist clients with transportation
- Experience working in office and property management settings preferred

Job Duties
- Work with property manager and property team to maximize revenues and adhere to budgeted cost parameters
- Assist with daily rent collections as required
- Accept revenue payments from residents following company policies and procedures
- Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule site visits and appointments
- Greet prospects and clients, directing them appropriately
- Assist prospects with completing applications and verifications
- Update resident forms and ensure security briefing compliance
- Enter leasing data accurately into property management software
- Prepare documents and assist with audits in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Organize and post calendars of events and room scheduling
- Maintain parking lot and bike room registration
- Support resident renewals efforts
- Take and forward maintenance requests, recording them in software
- Enforce safety standards and complete inspections
- Address resident issues with timely follow-up
- Assist with organizing resident functions
- Conduct eligibility screenings for SSVF clients
- Provide administrative support for SSVF staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
