Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Willingness to learn property management software like Yardi or OneSite
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience in leasing or real estate sales preferred
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, OneSite) a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and apply findings
- Skilled in creating and executing marketing strategies
- Ability to handle resident relations with professionalism
- Capable of coordinating community events and outreach
Job Duties
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments
- Process applications, conduct credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Inspect apartments prior to move-in, coordinate maintenance for outstanding items
- Perform market research, develop and implement marketing plans
- Design and execute marketing activities including social media and internet advertising
- Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewals
- Respond promptly to resident and client concerns, solve problems efficiently
- Support lease renewal programs by preparing and delivering renewal communications
