Job Duties
- perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- conduct prospect building and apartment tours including virtual and in-person
- ensure move-in ready condition and smooth move-in experience
- conduct market research and implement marketing plans
- design and execute marketing activities including internet and social media marketing
- use property management software to track leasing and resident data
- maintain community and show units to company standards and prepare leasing office
- follow up with prospects and new residents
- support lease renewal program
- respond quickly to resident and client concerns
