Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • conduct prospect building and apartment tours including virtual and in-person
  • ensure move-in ready condition and smooth move-in experience
  • conduct market research and implement marketing plans
  • design and execute marketing activities including internet and social media marketing
  • use property management software to track leasing and resident data
  • maintain community and show units to company standards and prepare leasing office
  • follow up with prospects and new residents
  • support lease renewal program
  • respond quickly to resident and client concerns
