Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders and reach
- Ability to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Must have all licenses/certifications as required by applicable State and Local jurisdictions
Job Qualifications
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi or OneSite) desired but not required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features
- High level of professionalism in manner and dress
Job Duties
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Conduct community tours and show apartments including virtual tours
- Process applications, credit screening, and lease preparation
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and coordinate with maintenance
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to sustain occupancy
- Utilize property management software to manage leasing data and resident information
- Respond promptly to resident and client concerns and follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction
