Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two to three years of relevant sales or customer service experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with property management software such as Entrata
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years in a sales or customer service role
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organization and analytical skills
  • intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • ability to market and sell the community
  • excellent time management and ability to prioritize work

Job Duties

  • Focus on improving and maintaining the property’s curb appeal and cleanliness
  • assist managers with implementing and maintaining a thorough annual marketing plan
  • perform and record daily follow-up with all prospects
  • maintain strong product knowledge of the property and competitors through market research
  • work with the manager to establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs
  • assist with cleaning the office, common areas, grounds, and apartments as needed
  • fill in for other positions when necessary and assist with after-hours emergencies
  • ensure the website, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials are up to date
  • assist managers in planning and managing resident functions and events
  • coordinate advertising events on campus and create partnerships with schools and student programs
  • network with student housing professionals and build relationships with industry professionals
  • help managers maintain positive reputation and relationships with schools and community
  • promote harmonious relations among residents, parents, staff, and community while enforcing company policies
  • conduct outreach on campus and local businesses to foster cross-advertising and positive relationships
  • ensure property management software is accurate and up to date
  • perform lease processing and administrative duties as needed
