- two to three years experience in sales or customer service
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of property management software like Entrata
- ability to work part time with flexible scheduling
- ability to handle after-hours emergencies
- physical ability to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- focus on improving and maintaining the propertys curb appeal and cleanliness
- assist managers with implementing and maintaining a thorough annual marketing plan
- perform and record daily follow-up with all prospects
- maintain strong product knowledge of the property and competitors
- work with the manager to establish leasing goals and renewal programs
- assist with cleaning the office, common areas, grounds, and apartments
- fill in for other positions and assist with after-hours emergencies
- ensure website, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials are up to date
- assist managers in planning and managing resident functions and events
- coordinate advertising events and create partnerships with schools and student programs
- actively network with student housing professionals and monitor competitors
- help managers maintain positive community relations
- promote harmonious relations among residents, parents, staff, and the community
- conduct outreach on campus and at local businesses
- ensure property management software is accurate and up to date
- perform lease processing and administrative duties as needed
