Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to perform sales and leasing activities
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work part-time for 29 hours per week
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures including those related to concessions and specials
- Availability to work in Spokane Valley location
Job Qualifications
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired
- Positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite desired but not required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to complete legal documents
- Ability to sell and explain apartment features
- High level of professionalism in manner and dress
Job Duties
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours including virtual and in-person tours
- Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers
- Conduct market research on competitors for marketing and advertising purposes
- Plan and execute community events
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Assist in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs
- Develop and implement marketing plans and goals
- Execute marketing activities including resident referral and employer outreach programs
- Use property management software to track leasing activities and resident data
- Ensure community and show units meet company standards
- Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction
- Execute lease renewal programs
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client concerns
