Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous property management leasing experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner
- Ability to walk property including climbing stairs
- Ability to work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors
- Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines
- Follow Fair Housing Standards in interactions with prospects and residents
- Coordinate application reviews including credit and income verifications
- Complete lease packets and maintain resident files
- Ensure condition of leased apartments prior to move-in with inspections
- Follow up with residents throughout lease terms and coordinate renewals
