Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of onsite leasing or marketing experience in student housing
- demonstrated experience using Entrata
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel up to 100% of the time
- strong sales and closing skills
- excellent organizational and customer service skills
- strong communication skills
- positive and team-oriented attitude
- willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or as needed
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of onsite leasing or marketing experience in student housing
- demonstrated experience with using Entrata for managing leads, marketing communications, and community content
- previous leasing experience preferred
- strong sales and closing skills
- excellent organizational and customer service skills
- MS Office Word/Excel experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude
- strong communication skills
- desire to exceed in a competitive environment
Job Duties
- Create, implement, evaluate and track marketing plans based on occupancy goals and market conditions
- assist General Manager with hiring, training, supervising and coaching leasing team members and Community Ambassadors
- review and approve all leasing files ensuring accuracy and completeness
- manage regular reporting including annual market analysis
- create and oversee marketing opportunities related to university events and student activities
- actively participate in leasing and marketing activities such as sales calls, tours and property presentations
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of leasing units and documents in accordance with company and fair housing guidelines
