Job Requirements
- Full-time availability with rotating weekday hours
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Availability for monthly after-hours resident events
- Minimum one year of relevant leasing or sales experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties
- Must be courteous, professional, and welcoming
- Proficient in using resident information systems
- Reliable transportation for visiting local businesses and locators
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as an apartment leasing consultant or established experience in fast-paced sales, restaurant, retail, or hospitality customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and after-hours events
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and databases
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Embody the Olympus Property core values: customer care, teamwork, trust, family, fun
- Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Explain details of apartment unit options and variations
- Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
- Greet visitors warmly, courteously, and professionally
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
- Close the sale of new apartment homes
- Prepare lease paperwork and obtain move-in keys
- Enter information into the resident database
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Perform various administrative duties
- Respond to resident requests and minimize concerns
- Plan and participate in resident functions and community activities
- Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property
