Job Requirements
- Minimum one year customer service and or sales experience
- excellent customer service skills
- understanding of Fair Housing
- preferred property management leasing experience
- minimum high school diploma or some college
- preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Job Duties
- Answer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property or the property website
- greet potential residents, parents and visitors in a professional manner
- pursue leads by completing daily follow ups in leasing database
- place delinquency phone calls
- complete guest cards and send thank-you notes
- attend and participate in resident events and event clean up
- create working relationships with universities, local institutions, employers, local businesses, cultural centers to help drive prospects to property
- execute and promote resident events
- set up on campus and hand out promotional items
- community marketing including meeting with local businesses and distributing flyers
- tour competitors regularly to gather information on leasing strategies
- greet existing and potential residents
- address and resolve questions or concerns in a timely manner
- log packages
- generate mailings
- collect checks and monies owed
- file leases
