Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one year sales experience preferred
- One year residential leasing experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively
- Sensitive to confidential information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Must complete and pass Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
- Generate and handle prospective resident traffic and qualify applicants
- Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork
- Maintain model apartments in touring condition
- Orient prospective and current residents to the property
- Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of resident traffic and activities
- Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail, or email
- Schedule property tours for prospective residents
- Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance
- Create and maintain confidential resident files
- Complete weekly leasing reports promptly
- Conduct daily open and close property procedures
- Assist with ongoing resident relations and respond to requests
- Shop competitive properties
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
- Assist with work order processing and ensure timely completion
- Provide clerical support including phone answering and invoicing
- Assist with planning resident activities
- Comply with company policies, health and safety rules and laws
- Perform other assigned duties
