Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- strong sales and customer service skills

- minimum of two years of sales experience is highly preferred
- minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing preferred
- experience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, and CRM)
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for prospects: welcome visitors, answer questions, and verify eligibility
- maintain strong resident relations: address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention
- conduct daily community inspections, ensuring tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas are well maintained
- prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes
- achieve community goals, including occupancy, renewals, and turn times, while maintaining at least a 35% rental closing ratio
- manage resident communication channels and maintain accurate CRM records
- stay informed on local market trends
- complete monthly market surveys and recommend competitive pricing to Community Manager
