Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Desire to lead in your role and community
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally between properties

- Minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing preferred
- Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, and CRM)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for prospects: welcome visitors, answer questions, and verify eligibility
- Maintain strong resident relations: address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention
- Conduct daily community inspections, ensuring tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas are well maintained
- Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes
- Achieve community goals, including occupancy, renewals, and turn times, while maintaining at least a 35% rental closing ratio
- Manage resident communication channels and maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay informed on local market trends
- complete monthly market surveys and recommend competitive pricing to Community Manager
- Support marketing initiatives and alert management of local opportunities
- Assist in planning and hosting resident events and activities
- Maintain accurate, organized resident and vendor files
- Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Represent the company positively in all interactions
