Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Desire to lead in your role and community
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally between properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Strong desire to lead in your role and the local community
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Occasional travel between properties may be required
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience is highly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing preferred
  • Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, and CRM)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact for prospects: welcome visitors, answer questions, and verify eligibility
  • Maintain strong resident relations: address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and promote retention
  • Conduct daily community inspections, ensuring tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas are well maintained
  • Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes
  • Achieve community goals, including occupancy, renewals, and turn times, while maintaining at least a 35% rental closing ratio
  • Manage resident communication channels and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Stay informed on local market trends
  • complete monthly market surveys and recommend competitive pricing to Community Manager
  • Support marketing initiatives and alert management of local opportunities
  • Assist in planning and hosting resident events and activities
  • Maintain accurate, organized resident and vendor files
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
  • Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Represent the company positively in all interactions
