Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community
- Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality and enjoy working with the general public
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community
- Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
- Rent Manager experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality and enjoy working with the general public
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and assist prospective residents providing information about available apartments lease terms and community amenities
- Conduct property tours showcasing model apartments and available units
- Effectively market and promote the community to attract new residents and achieve leasing goals
- Guide prospective residents through the application process including collecting necessary documentation and verifying information
- Prepare and review lease agreements ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures ensuring a smooth transition for residents
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
