Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community
  • Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community
  • Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and enjoy working with the general public

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist prospective residents providing information about available apartments lease terms and community amenities
  • Conduct property tours showcasing model apartments and available units
  • Effectively market and promote the community to attract new residents and achieve leasing goals
  • Guide prospective residents through the application process including collecting necessary documentation and verifying information
  • Prepare and review lease agreements ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures ensuring a smooth transition for residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
