Job Duties
- Be the face of our community by welcoming and showing prospective residents around, highlighting our features and amenities
- Close the deal by securing lease agreements and processing applications
- Engage with residents by creating programs to keep them happy and build a sense of community
- Support community operations by providing excellent customer service, responding to requests and complaints, and maintaining professional office and community areas
- Stay compliant with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards
- Maintain organized and efficient leasing processes using office technology and data systems
