Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Ability to work in office and outdoors under various weather conditions
  • Flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends

  • Commitment to maintaining professional and compliant leasing standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Proficient with office equipment and online application systems
  • Sales and closing skills

Job Duties

  • Be the face of our community by welcoming and showing prospective residents around, highlighting our features and amenities
  • Close the deal by securing lease agreements and processing applications
  • Engage with residents by creating programs to keep them happy and build a sense of community
  • Support community operations by providing excellent customer service, responding to requests and complaints, and maintaining professional office and community areas
  • Stay compliant with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards
  • Maintain organized and efficient leasing processes using office technology and data systems
