Job Requirements

- Prior experience in multifamily leasing is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in leasing, sales, or marketing
- Ability to use property management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Must be personable and approachable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property
- Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging
- Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out
- Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together
