Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in multifamily leasing is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in leasing, sales, or marketing
  • Ability to use property management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be personable and approachable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property
  • Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home
  • Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging
  • Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
  • Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out
  • Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together
