Job Requirements

- Prior experience in multifamily leasing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in leasing sales or marketing
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Be the welcoming face of the community greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property
- Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
- Prepare and execute lease agreements ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging
- Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings to highlight what makes us stand out
- Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together
